Data and purpose
We process the information needed to answer requests, prepare a quote, organise cleaning, issue invoices, manage payments, respond to complaints and meet legal obligations. This may include name, contact data, address, photos, videos, property details, payment/fiscal data and optional Concordia/Matrix information if requested.
Rights
Under GDPR/RODO, where applicable, the client may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Requests should be sent to biuro@timtem.eu.
Cookies

Complaints and response
Complaints should include date, address, description and photos. We normally respond within 14 days. Refunds or corrections are assessed individually according to the confirmed scope and real condition of the property.

Fill in the form with photos, video and a clear description. The more information you send, the more accurate the cleaning assessment will be, without unnecessary price padding and without unpleasant surprises for you or for us.
The form and email are the main channels for a correct assessment. WhatsApp is an additional option if the form is not convenient. Phone calls are not the main channel: during cleaning work the team may not be able to answer, and written details prevent important information from being lost.
