Safety first, then results
In complex cleaning, the result also depends on safety. Before confirming a job we assess access, parking, electricity, water, quantity of waste, glass, sharp objects, strong odours, damaged surfaces, visible mould, liquids, animals, stairs and high areas.
We use professional products and choose methods according to material: wood, steel, porcelain stoneware, glass, laminate, stone, tiles, textiles or delicate surfaces. We do not promise miracles on burned, corroded or damaged materials; we promise serious work and honest assessment.
When a job may require specialist authorisations, hazardous waste handling or biological-risk expertise, we communicate it clearly. Transparency protects both the client and the team.

- Work up to approximately 2 metres unless safe conditions are agreed.
- Attention to documents, valuables and personal materials.

The form and email are the main channels for a correct assessment. WhatsApp is an additional option if the form is not convenient. Phone calls are not the main channel: during cleaning work the team may not be able to answer, and written details prevent important information from being lost.
