Do you clean very neglected homes?

Yes. This is one of the most important directions of Bellavira/Timtem. We assess deeply neglected homes, apartments after years of abandonment, overloaded spaces, critical kitchens, difficult bathrooms, basements, garages and social housing. First we ask for photos or a short video, then we build a realistic plan: what to clean first, how many people are needed, what can be recovered and which technical limits must be respected.

Do you clean hoarder situations?

Yes, always after individual assessment. In these situations the work is not only physical: objects may carry emotional weight for the client or family. We do not laugh, judge or humiliate. We assess volume, access, safety, bags, containers, odours, bathroom, kitchen and risk level. If specialist disposal is required, we say so clearly.

Do you clean after illness or after COVID?

Yes. We can assess apartments after illness, with difficult dirt, loss of household control, compromised bathrooms, unused kitchens, odours and surfaces requiring deep cleaning. We are not a medical service and we do not promise hospital-level decontamination where specialist protocols are needed, but we can restore visible hygiene, order and liveability when the situation fits our service.

Do you remove waste?

We can do light clearance and organise bags, objects and non-hazardous materials. With large quantities, heavy items, special waste, biohazard or regulated materials, a separate assessment and sometimes an authorised partner may be required. The most important thing is to know what is inside the property before confirming the job.

Should I feel ashamed to send photos?

No. Photos help us understand the work; they are not used to judge the person. Many situations come from illness, grief, depression, loneliness, family overload or years of stress. Our principle is simple: we do not assess the human value of the client; we assess the space and the work required.

How does the quote work?

The client sends the city, approximate size, photos or video, information about bathroom, kitchen, windows, objects, waste, parking, floor, urgency and goal. We reply with an initial assessment, possible questions and a proposal. Complex work may need to be divided into phases.

Why do you ask for a small organisational deposit?

Because complex jobs require time blocking, preparation, products, logistics and travel. The small deposit is deducted from the total and confirms that the client genuinely wants to reserve the date.

Do you clean offices and commercial premises?

Yes. We can assess offices, professional studios, showrooms, shops, halls, restaurants and commercial premises. We offer both deep general cleaning and regular/recurring cleaning, because a professional space needs constant image — not only occasional rescue cleaning.

Is Bellavira Concordia mandatory?

No. Operational cleaning can be ordered normally. Concordia is a separate premium direction for clients who want deeper work on the relationship between space, order, perceived energy, household organisation and personal navigation. It is not a magic promise: it is an authorial method for reading and reorganising a space.
