The Polish coast, quarantine and 250 apartments to keep moving
One of the most important operational experiences in Timtem’s history happened during the quarantine period. Oksana Bayer helped coordinate cleaning and preparation for a large network of tourist apartments across Gdynia, Gdańsk and Sopot. It was not one apartment or one building. It was a moving system of around 250 units with guests arriving, leaving, requesting clean linen, order, speed and reliability.
This work taught a lesson that still defines Bellavira today: professional cleaning is never just a mop and a bucket. It is logistics, communication, planning, timing and responsibility. Each apartment had its own key, linen set, schedule, condition, level of use and urgency.
Oksana spent months moving between apartments, collecting and delivering bedding, towels and supplies. When the guest flow was high, a cleaning company could not rely only on “good hands”. It needed direction: which apartment had to be ready first, where linen was missing, which bathroom required more time, where a guest left heavy disorder and where a quick turnover was enough.
Why this matters for Bellavira clients today
Anyone who has handled high-turnover apartments knows that clients notice everything: the floor, the bathroom, the bed, the kitchen, the smell, the windows, the dust, the first feeling when entering. There is no time for excuses.
Today the same operational thinking is used by Bellavira for homes before sale, apartments before rent, post-move cleaning, neglected flats, social housing, properties after tenants and premium homes where timing and detail matter.
From manual work to a system
The Polish coast experience made it clear that a cleaning company must be a system, not only a group of people. Procedures, photos, video assessment, task lists, priorities and clear communication protect both the client and the team.
That is why Bellavira asks for information before quoting: size, rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, windows, amount of items, rubbish, parking and access. It is not bureaucracy. It is how serious cleaning is planned.
Result
The 250-apartment experience became a real school of logistics. It is one of the reasons Bellavira can read a space quickly, understand priorities and create a realistic plan even when the client does not know where to begin.
How we assess a similar job
A case like this cannot be priced seriously from one sentence on the phone. We need photos, a short video, the city, access details, parking, number of rooms, amount of items, level of dirt, odours, kitchen, bathroom, windows, basement, balcony and any delicate materials. The more clearly we see the space, the more accurate the quote becomes and the clearer the online assessment becomes before confirmation.
Our method is designed to reduce stress and shame. The client may send a short video without writing a long explanation. We observe the space, identify priorities, risks and realistic timing. In many complex situations the first goal is not decorative perfection; it is to restore passage, hygiene, air, safety and the possibility to live or work in the space again.
Why this case study matters
These stories explain the difference between ordinary cleaning and complex cleaning. Ordinary cleaning follows a checklist. Complex cleaning requires judgement, calm, physical strength, decision-making and respect for the person. Bellavira and Timtem have learned that behind every difficult space there is a story: illness, work, loneliness, events, urgency, grief, accumulation, renovation, guests, hospitality or property management.
That is why our communication is direct: we do not judge the person; we assess the work. We do not promise miracles where a material is permanently damaged, but we do everything realistic to improve the space through method, professional products and organisation.

Order CleaningRequest an assessment for this cleaning service
The first assessment happens online: you send photos or a short video, Oksana/Bellavira replies in writing through the form or email, clarifies priorities, timing, team size and an indicative price. WhatsApp remains an additional option if the form is not convenient. The team comes only after confirmation, to carry out the agreed service.
Would you like to request a cleaning service?
Fill in the form with photos, video and a clear description. The more information you send, the more accurate the cleaning assessment will be, without unnecessary price padding and without unpleasant surprises for you or for us.
The form and email are the main channels for a correct assessment. WhatsApp is an additional option if the form is not convenient. Phone calls are not the main channel: during cleaning work the team may not be able to answer, and written details prevent important information from being lost.
